1. Data We Process

Depending on the features you use, Kloel may process:

• account and registration data, such as name, email, and authentication information;
• name, email, phone number, answers, and access source when you complete the recommendation quiz;
• messages, instructions, files, and content submitted for conversations, agents, and tools;
• generated results, usage history, agent and project settings;
• technical data needed for operation and security, such as IP address, browser, access logs, and errors;
• subscription and credit usage data when these features are used.

2. How We Use Data

We use data to maintain your account, fulfill your requests, display your history and files, calculate feature usage, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

In the quiz, we use your answers to recommend a plan and features that may suit your profile. Your name, email, and phone number identify your submission and allow us to contact you about the recommendation. News and offers are sent only if you select the marketing option, which is separate and optional.

Files and content you submit must respect the rights of the people involved. Avoid including sensitive personal data unless necessary.

3. Artificial Intelligence and Integrations

To respond to a request, the necessary content may be sent to AI model providers and tools selected for the operation. When you connect an external service, the necessary data may be exchanged with that service to carry out the authorized action.

Processing by third-party services is also subject to those providers' policies. The availability of models and integrations may vary depending on the feature and plan.

4. Sharing

Data may be processed by vendors that help operate Kloel, including infrastructure, storage, AI processing, payment, and user-connected services. Data submitted in the recommendation quiz is also sent to the LabrAI management system to organize contacts and provide the recommendation. The option to receive news and offers remains separate and optional. Data may also be shared to meet a legal obligation or protect the platform's security.

Kloel does not sell personal data.

5. Retention and Security

Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, preserve the history requested by the user, meet legal obligations, and protect the platform. We apply access controls and technical measures to reduce the risks of unauthorized access, loss, and alteration.

Some vendors may process data outside Brazil. In these situations, we comply with the legal requirements applicable to international transfers.

6. Your Rights

Under the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you may request confirmation of and access to your data, correction of incomplete or outdated information, information about sharing, and, where applicable, deletion, portability, or withdrawal of consent.

Some data may need to be retained for the period required by law or for legitimate security and fraud prevention purposes.
